                  हम Stock Market हमेशा 'Annual Report' के बारे में सुनते है और हर अच्छे Investor's हमे कंपनी के Annual Report पढ़ने की सलाह देते हैं।

                              Annual Report

           Stock Market में listed हर एक company को Publicly yearly एक Document बना ना होता है इस Document में company बीते हुए Financial years में भेजने से related सारे Events और Financial Performance दिखाती है साथ ही कंपनी की Management team company की Business की Future Growth के बारे में views Deal Document में बताती है इस Document को ही हम Annual Report कहते हैं।

       Annual Report एक ऐसा Document है जिससे हम company के बारे में साल दर साल Change को देख और समझ सकते है किसी भी Annual Report में एक Financial years के बारे में Details Information होती है,

उदाहरण :- 

        एक Annual Report साल 2019 का है तो उसका मतलब है की ये Annual Report Financial years 2019 में company से related Events और Financial Performance को बताएगी यानी की इसे Annual Report में 1-April-2018 से 31-March-2019 तक की Information होगी।

        एक Annual Report में ज्यादातर ये Information होती है, "General Corporate Information, Operating and financial review, Directors report, Corporate governance information, Chairman statements, Auditor's report, Financial statements जैसे कि (Balance sheet, Income statements, Cash Flow statement) Notes to the financial statements, Accounting policies" इस के अलावा भी कंपनी अपने Business के हिसाब से कई और Information देती हैं हमें इन सारी Information को generally हर Annual Report देख सकते हैं।

          हर Investor's के लिए Annual Report एक बहुत ही Important Document होता है हर successful Investor किसी भी Company में Invest करने से पहले Company के बारे में study करता है किसी भी Company को study करने का सबसे बढ़िया तरीका है उसके Annual Report को पढ़ना अब हम जानते है की किसी भी Company का Annual Report कहा से मिल सकता है,

        किसी भी Company का Annual Report देखने के लिए सबसे अच्छी जगह है National Stock Exchange (NSE) और Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) की web site पर हम किसी भी Company को name से search कर सकते है और उसकी Last 10साल की Annual Report देख सकते है, इस के अलावा हर Company अपने web site पर Annual Report को Download करने का option देती हैं हम वहा से भी Annual Report Download कर सकते है एक Company के Annual Report को पढ़ना उस Company के बारे में जानने का सबसे Important step होता है इस लिए हमें किसी भी Company में Invest करने से पहले उस Company की पिछली Annual Report ध्यान से जरूर पढ़ना चाहिए।
